To meet the region’s strong development

The first Toulouse-Blagnac Airport hall on the Blagnac 2 site was brought into service in 1978, when the airport welcomed close to a million passengers.

Since then, Toulouse-Blagnac’s traffic has continued to grow and today the airport welcomes more than 6 million passengers.

Following the economic development of its region, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport will feature a state-of-the-art infrastructure to meet the new expectations of its passengers and airlines. Hall D, the airport’s fourth and latest hall, is the most spectacular illustration of its expansion. Due to open in September 2009, it will be able to welcome up to 8.5 million passengers by 2015.
